Reality Check: Growth Timeline

100K → 1M in 6 months is NOT realistic for a niche collectibles channel. Data shows:

  • Packman (largest sports card YT): 383K subs after 10 years, 2,000+ videos
  • Sports Card Investor: ~246K after 6+ years
  • Healthy growth at 100K+: 2-8% monthly
  • 100K → 1M requires ~41% MoM growth for 6 months straight — never been done in this niche

Realistic aggressive target: 250K-350K YouTube in 12 months. 500K-750K in 24 months. 1M achievable in 18-30 months with aggressive paid + content broadening beyond pure collectibles.

To hit 1M fastest: Must expand content beyond collectibles into entertainment + lifestyle (like Logan Paul did). Pure hobby content caps around 400K.
